To the Poznań Synagogue Project Website

The goal of POZNAŃ SYNAGOGUE PROJECT is to apply high standards of intellectual inquiry, honesty, creativity, openness, transparency, accountability, and democratic practice to the management and adaptive re-use of this unique Prussian-Polish-Jewish historic property in western Poland, while involving as many young people as possible from the nations of Poland, Germany, and Israel. By so doing, it believes it will assure the property\'s future in a changing world.

Our hope is that this project will succeed in bringing favorable attention to the city of Poznań, and to the participating nations, and that it will serve as an example of how historic properties can be used for the betterment of society.
